Hulme Homes is a boutique real estate development & construction company dedicated to building homes with love. Our focus is on developing quality homes at affordable prices across the Costa del Sol. With each project we undertake we strive to provide the best quality product and service we can, being hands on with every step of the process and making sure no detail has been overlooked.

Who we are – We are a small group of enthusiastic professionals in property development and construction. Our purpose is to develop and build quality homes at affordable prices with love. We love what we do which is why we work joyfully and take great care with each project we undertake striving to provide the best quality product. We work hands-on with every step of the process, making sure no detail is overlooked. In addition to providing an excellent product we work hard to provide an unrivalled, professional service, being always reliable and transparent. Our work is important to us which is why we work our hardest to make sure our clients feel happy and at peace in their new homes.

Throughout our team we have vast experience in all aspects of the real estate sector. Our experience ranges from sales, to building, designing and developing. We have a successful proven track record having built numerous houses from steel frame.

For us work is not work, it is our passion! We love what we do and feel so grateful for everything we are involved in. As a company we are passionate about all aspects of the real estate sector, and it brings us so much joy seeing a project come to life.

Every project we do is designed and created from love.
This begins from the love that starts from within us, in its simplest terms meaning respect, acceptance and gratitude. We work to live our lives from this love which is then transferred into our work. Creating a work environment from love, treating each other respectfully, filled with joy, honesty, understanding and acceptance for one another. Living gratefully and sharing this love energy with everyone around us.

Then through the universal Law of Essence, the love energy we are living and working from as a team, is transmitted to the homes we build. With the intention to charge them with this love energy, the highest vibrational energy that exists. We wish and hope our clients can then enjoy the feeling of harmony and love from which their new home has been built.

Tom Hulme Biography – Tom was born and raised in the UK and has been visiting the Costa del Sol all of his life. He first moved to Spain, Barcelona, at the age of 14 and has been living in the Costa del Sol for the past 8 years. Tom grew up passionate about property and with a keen interest to learn. Tom’s father was a property developer and Tom loved looking at plans, going around construction sites, and learning about all things to do with real estate.
Tom has eight years experience in real estate and has great knowledge of the Costa del Sol real estate sector. He began working as an estate agent working with sales, rentals and holidays lettings. His main interest, however, has always been property development and he has yearned to be more involved in the developments and not just sales. For the past few years, he has worked on renovation projects in and around Marbella and through the company has recently started his own new development. Tom has always had an entrepreneurial spirt and a wish to run his own businesses and it is from there that Construido con Amor has emerged.
Tom loves what he does and takes great care in everything he is involved in. He is passionate about self-care and self-growth and works his hardest to carry this through into all aspects of his life, especially his work. Therefore, it is his wish to provide an excellent product and service that meets his high standards and which clients appreciate and are delighted with.
Tom speaks English and Spanish.
